The owner is autocratic and suffers severe mental illness. Her staff is always afraid and tense when she is around. She blames her mistakes on her subordinates, and she lies to clients and employees. She broke federal franchise laws, sued a competitor, defames other caregiving companies, etc... toxic environment
Support from management
The owner constantly dismantles everything her management team does. This makes it almost impossible for employees to recieve the support they need
The owner discourages teamwork actively and has tried on numerous occasions to create divisions among her office staff through gossip and rumors

The owner doesn't communicate and doesnt like her staff communicating and making decisions. She unwinds everything we do and then forces her will even when the admin team has a better plan.
She wont hire women who have children. She always shows favoritism to men, and she's been caught fraternizing with her male employees

The owner shreds applications for anyone over 40

Very tense, loud, yelling, lots of anger
If the owner calls you and you dont answer she will write you up. If she offers extra shifts and you dont take them then she cuts your hours. She will punish you for taking vacation and sick time, etc...
Huge turn over, owner fires employees on first offence
