Suggestions for improvement
- Have events outside of the office where employees can mingle on a more personal level. Treat all employees equal without favoritism. Have annual raises and incentives, and profit sharing. Show more appreciation for employees. Don't say "if you don't like it, you can leave" when extra time/energy have been given to a project and looking for some positive feedback.
What I like about the company
Certain staff members are nice and easy to work with. Used to be a nicer place to work but in the last 2 years it's become very difficult and unpleasant
What I dislike about the company
Pay your employees what they're worth. Give positive feedback or appreciation when a good job is done, not just focusing on the mistakes. Allow employee input, especially since staff is the one doing most of the work and would know the best way to accomplish things. Don't dismiss opinions because they come from staff vs. partners. Higher managers who don't so blatant favoritism to some staff members.
