Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to trust employees more and listen to their opinions. Leadership needs to create a behavior management system that is able to be maintained. The current system is failing.
I dislike about the employer
Employees move up based on how management feels about the person, not based on any qualifications or experience. This creates animosity in the workplace. The employee turnover rate is very high at roughly 40 percent. Staff feel burnt out by negative criticism as it is not balanced with positive. Behavior management of students is unbridled--systems were created to control it but nothing is enforced.
