Overall compensation for your work
Salaries could be more competitive - especially for front-line staff.
Very difficult for employees to feel comfortable taking time off

What I like about the company
Always expanding, already large network of locations. You can seek opportunities nearly anywhere in the US and Canada
What I dislike about the company
Too growth focused. Existing locations are in need of support and need modernizations.
