Support from Management
Communication with management is terrible. You aren't listened to unless you're a director. Directors haven't a clue as to what really goes on.
Teamwork only applies to a select few who believe in it.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is somewhat distributed but not followed through or checked by the powers that be.
Schedules are no longer consistent as they once were. How can you expect people to be at work on time or at all when you post the schedule at 1:00 in the morning?
