The company isn't open-minded to employees suggestions for improvement. They did not take many good ideas into consideration from many different departments.
Support from management
The leadership team struggles to maintain a cohesive voice. They also struggle to grow/develop/cultivate talent in-house. Their mind set is focused on "getting rid of older employees" and bringing on new employees with no knowledge of the history of the company or it's products. Their focus isn't on healing, as it was when the company was smaller - it's focus is on making money and paying the executive team well.
