If you are Muslim, Middle Eastern, Pakistani or the like you are fairly well. Paid Muslim holidays and celebrations at work, but only if you are Muslim. If you are anything else, you are excluded from celebrations or acknowledgements other than Christmas. Not all employees treated equally. Open bias.
