What I like
Working with patients to provide the care they need and deserve is always a pleasure. I met a diverse group of patients within the company that are truly amazing.
What I dislike
This company has management problem. From the top, administration, down, to floor supervisors. All locations. Especially the Medford office. There is a lack of respect towards employees, belittling language, and rudeness.
Suggestions for improvement
management withing Atrius Health lacks leadership skills. They also lack communication and interpersonal relationship skills. All sites lack professional and mature management.
