While the employees often get along, there can be pressure from management. The lack of employees to cover life events often creates a culture of resentment and gossip.
Support from management
They work with what they can but it comes from the top down.
Team usually works together, fosters resentment towards company, but when it negatively impacts them they tend to work against each other.
Attitude towards older colleagues
3 stars because sometimes the older colleagues are tight within the union.
As a new mother, and a victim of violent crime I was not treated as human.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse yet not inclusive. 1 Star for that because diversity without inclusion is counter productive.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow discretion for life circumstances in policies, provide adequate staff to ensure staffing is covered adequately because life happens.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed the positive outlook in company values.
What I dislike about the company
I dislike that they promote values that are not maintained at all levels of employment.
