Suggestions for improvement
- I think that the company should start to allow call center Reps to make sales of their products again and not just take calls for technical support issues.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working for this company and it was a rewarding fun and knowledgeable experience.I learned skills that helped me to become a better sales representative and how to solve technical issues by maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
What I dislike about the company
There is horrible parking. There is never anywhere to park because there are so many employees.
