- Auburn University Montgomery08.Dec 2015
After working at the pace of 14hr days for 2 years, without a really fair compensation....then terminated because of my "Spring Term GPA" which was not submitted until June 1, 2015, but I was terminated on May 20, 2015. Yeah, there's no trust with this company at all.
Support from management
This supervisor dropped most of her work on others to avoid working herself.
When we were provided with the right support and supplies, we were a great team
Freedom to work independently
As a matter of fact, with witnesses available, I worked from 7am until 11pm most nights...and this was a graduate student position
They were great at informing us of meetings.
Office / Work Environment
The university was great in keeping systems up-to-date and in working condition
The campus was very conscientious of environmental impact.
As stated earlier. I worked 14hr days at less than minimum wage - when calculated by the pay.
I really only give them 1/4 of a star
Suggestions for improvement
- The management staff should incorporate the examples taught within the business classroom setting. "Respect and TRULY support your staff...especially when they become physcially/mentally disabled."
What I like about the company
Nothing to say. It was a horrid experience
What I dislike about the company
Where do I begin? The most irratating issue would be the "work horse" attitude placed on part time employees and the moment they become severely-to-deathly ill, they FIND a reason to terminate you
The following benefits were offered to me
