Suggestions for improvement

  • Mandatory safety and HR training (i.e. Employee diversity, Sexual Harassment, etc.); Structured Compensation/Bonus Plan. Better management of Employee leave/vacation/sick time. More opportunities for advancement/training

What I like about the company

Great conditions to learn and grow. Excellent compensation.

What I dislike about the company

No room for career progression. Very poor communication between management/employees. Often a hostile work environment. No HR mediatary for conflict resolution. Company policies are vague, fluid, and discriminatory.
