It is a very punitive type culture, praise is very fake and very scripted. Patient interaction is mandatory scripted and you must say the words they want to every patient and be supervised doing so.
Support from management
power points on the walls telling your staff you don't care how they feel, leave it at home you are here to work hard, put a smile on your face, give 100%, that is why it is called work do actually tell your staff you don't care about them.
the staff work together well, encourage each other, become good friends, and get the work done despite management telling staff they cannot talk to each other.

Only favored employees get the vacation time and days off, otherwise your vacation is refused.
Office / Work Environment
Nurses have no value, you are told you can easily be replaced.Equipment is very good, education is poor. Motto is see one, do one, teach one. People are not computers, they don't program like them either.
they do now, that they are being monitored by the government to make sure staff actually get a lunch break instead of take a break at hour 7.5
Staff do not know when they work until the night before, and only know when they leave in the minute they are told, could be early, on time or late. Can't schedule appointments after work, you may not make it. Child care pick means you need someone else to pick up your child for you..always. Your vacation is granted the night before or not...hard to plan airlines, hotels, etc when the answer is maybe until the the night before.
Staff have no value, only the doctors do.
They encourage saftey, give no time for it, want the job super fast plan for only the perfect minimal amount of time to do the job, but want encourage and expect 100% safety.
Yes, because it is go, go go, no sitting, no stopping, hurry get more done. We are here to work and do more and more and more. Be in 2 places at once if you can, if you can't try harder.

If you get an advanced degree, most likely you cannot stay there in that capacity unless you have relatives in management.

- promote your experienced staff to teach and educate not use only 1-2 year experienced people to teach new people.

the cafeteria is fantastic and reasonable in price.
What I dislike about the company
They make the older employees all areas feel,useless, degraded, and worthless. They promote youth management and tell you they are more willing to change. yes because they are too new to know what you are asking is illegal to do.
