What employees say

Employees like

It is a lot of fun working at this company. It is great working with kids and helping them strive in day to day life situations.
The training I've received from my company has made me feel confident to perform the work as a BT. There has been online and in person training as well as observations with current employees
Makes you feel welcome and they want you to do well and know what you're doing before they send you off to work.
I enjoy working with children for my job.
I enjoy my job. I like the team building, and they are always willing to help you out if you have questions.

Employees don't like

I have only worked for the company for a short time so there isn't really anything I've seen that I disapprove of. The only drawback that I've seen is that you cannot change your availability for the first 3 months of work
There are no parts of the company I disapprove of.
This company is very unethical. Promotions are gicen to those who the boss favors, rather than based upon experience, knowledge and hard work.
Keep communicating among higher level employees and entry level employees, to make sure any questions or needs are addressed.
The lack of communication between management

Suggestions for improvement

I would include a handicap bathroom in the bathrooms for the children and their families
Because my experience has been so positive, I don't have any suggestions as of right now
Nothing in particular. Good place to work at.
Everything in terms of policy, culture, and environment are good.
I would treat hard working, experienced employees better.
