Support from management
Lack of support, upper management expects unrealistic goals. Before you get hired they lie to you to tell you what you want to hear to go and work there and then when you are there it is the complete opposite. Upper management does not care what there DM's do. When says one thing and then its something different.
Suggestions for improvement
- It doesn't matter what suggestions are made, they would never listen anyway.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Upper management does not go by there word. Lack of training if any. They tell you a store is doing well and you will make bonuses, then when you get there the store is down and no bonus. Long hours no lunch break. They definitely do not care about their employees, its all about the almighty dollar for them
