Very little help from supervisors. Everyone is in completion with each other.
If you can sell cars no mater your methods you are rewarded.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Age was not an issue. However with standing most of the day the age group is pretty young.
Office / Work Environment
Beautiful building, good resources. Work 10 hours a day and every weekend and you might be able to get by.
It doesn't matter asong as you sell cars.
No vacation days or weekends unless you are willing to loose money. Sales is the bottom line.
No bennifits. There are perks if you sell enough cars. If you don't...you're gone.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't sell cars on commission only. This results in a lack of integrity with supervisors and sales people.
