Suggestions for improvement
- Culture and climate is openly hostile towards workers. Training is nonexistent, and workers are expected to know about products and car repair on their own. Management is required for every task no matter how simple. Workers are expected to be loyal to the point of fanaticism and treated as utterly expendable, but given zero flexibility to find other work and treated with hostility from corporate and management for expressing any concerns.
