Suggestions for improvement
- AutoZone should let people know about ordering parts &/or place part on hold online. I would be very easy for AutoZone staff & customers. Maybe ill apply for AutoZone & hope it goes better then before.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working there. I got discounts for just about everything for my car. I get to work by my self on slow days & it be real quiet, but that's on Sundays.
What I dislike about the company
Truthfully co workers are ok to work with, usually customers are rude and not bright. I have to repeat to them on how to help themselves rather wait in line for customer service. I remember long lines for register & most customers ask mostly about head light & brake light fitting. To the point I got tired of it & said out loud " Every one may I have your attention? Vehicle lights are all in lane 1. Just go there & compare the bulb in your hand to the one you are looking for. if it looks the same, there you go. I have a 98 corolla & the brake light on it were made for a 05 explorer & it work well. Again if it looks the same, it works."
