Training was preached as an important daily exercise but never reinforced.
Support from Management
Owners has no loyalty to the people who make the business work.
Daily meetings were held but very one sided often negative content.
I had only seen two people promoted from with in in my three years.
Managers were not trustworthy people. Often engaged in power plays, sexually in appropriate behavior and manipulative practices.
