the call center is very loud and i have trouble hearing my customers.
i dont feel valued as a employee, and our jobs is not secured!
Suggestions for improvement
- Have more compassion for the employee's instead of looking at us like a number to fill a seat.
I like about the employer
You can transfer to a different deparment or banch.
I dislike about the employer
I didnt feel that i was a value to the company, and the turnaround was really bad, they promise you one thing and gave another.
