The company is constantly changing leadership and employees are often times unsure about their future job security.
Support from Management
Management is mostly absent from daily operations due to continuous meetings until there is a fire and someone needs to be blamed for the issue. Leadership should spend more time providing the tools to the employee to their jobs without adding undue stress and insecurity. Management tends to treat employees differently, providing leeway to some employees while holding others to different standards. Example: some employees are given freedom to come and go as they please while others are required to be at their desks exactly at 9am - 6pm with a forced 1 hour lunch break, regardless of whether or not the work is completed and deadlines achieved.
