Support from Management
Leadership was very secretive. Felt like there was no real plan of action. One person would say do one thing the other would say to do the complete opposite.
The office had old desk and looked very rundown.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't allow that to be part of the culture.

Certain individuals talk about people and former employees badly.
