- Keep your good, hard working people, training it is essential and the salaries for an excellent performance is a plus. Avoid high rotation in your crew.
What I like about the company
It is a great opportunity to used your costumer service and human relation knowledge, meet and assist a large gama of customer and learn something new every day.
What I dislike about the company
The internal politics of the company, the insecurity of the hours to be work every week and the lock of appreciation for a well done job.
