- Train your employees and treat them like they are the most valuable asset you have. Happy employees draw far more customers / profit than any KPI or stock value ever will.

Proven business model and national footprint.
I dislike about the employer
Minimal expense on training and developing their most important asset, their AutoZoners. High expectations with low resources. Boasts "AutoZoners always put customers first" and then operate locations understaffed with unhappy and overworked employees in order to insure they hit the numbers expected by Wall Street.
