Unrealistic goals with little staff, store level leadership was on a power trip and wouldn't listen or take into consideration others ideas
Expectations from higher ups sometimes unreasonable, in store leadership on a power trip, any management should go through a course on how to manage people. Low pay for what was expected on any given day. No uniformity on store processes and policies. Teamwork non existent. Never made sense with a line full of customers in store to answer phone within 3 rings. You have paying customers in front of you they should take priority. Worked in a few different stores and most were miserable and passed that along to customers. Negative attitude is rampant.
