Support from Management
Management is more concerned with their bonus than their employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be honest with employees and schedule enough ppl to do task plus handle customers.
I like about the employer
They have facilities across the country if you want to transfer.
I dislike about the employer
They like to underpay but overwork their employees. No set schedules you have to be available 24hrs. They verbally communicate anything to do with offers so you can't hold them to it. Seen this done by several upper level management in my several years there.
