Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay on our yearly review. At least 50 cents to $1 insteas of like 10-20cents as a raise for the yearly appraisal
No consistency, there is a hidden society for the 'good ole boy' system.
A lot of talking with little to no follow up.
Favoritism is practiced amidst a secret society environment.
This is a one-way venue & as long as you are going with the flow, there are no issues. It's best to do your job & keep your mouth shut.
Again, on the surface there appears to be equality & a select few are allowed in to serve as token candidates.
Once someone becomes manager they just sit in the back and get a rude attitude
Only other red shirts help anymore, grey shirts don't have "time" to do little things
They are not a sexist company, but when it comes to management actually doing what we do, they want no part.
I don't feel comfortable working at my location raise people have been let go for no reason
