Employees are based all over the US. Majority of this workforce is in managed print services contracted out to hospital settings. Employees are more hospital employees than Auxilio employees. Only company interaction is through a monthly newsletter or yearly company recap call.
Support from management
Exexcuive Management is overwhelmed or just not performing to standards that executive management should. They hold lower management to deadlines but give them no authority to take ownership or make decisions with consulting them first when it comes to purchases and assessments.
Teamwork of the core team onsite aththe hospital is awesome!
Communication is subpar
Positions are not posted. Executive management picks and chooses who they want to promote. There is a lot of secrete conversations.
If you start as a CSR or TSR there are opportunities. If you are a RM - very few unless the hospital picks you up onto their staff.
Contracts are typically for 5 years. If your hospital does not renew then you are most likely unemployed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Empower your RMs to be able to make decisions and purchases without 5 levels of approval after demonstrating that the understand consolidation and device standards. Provide a rewards a recognition budget so RMs can reward their staff on the spot for great work or hold contests to drive device consolidation. Provide more opportunity for advancement for RMs by offering further training and development outside of online tutorials. Groom your staff for the next level.
What I like about the company
Unique concept and the ability to familiarize yourself with hospital workflows and gain IT experience.
What I dislike about the company
No opportunities for adcmvancement. No clear policies for bonus payouts. Open positions for management are not posted for internal applicants to apply.
