Yes. Supervisors commend their employees.
No. Not fair nor trustable.
Support from management
No. Employess are not allowed to assess their supervisor's conduct in conflict, if they do you will be fired. No imput whatsoever, or else HR will eliminate you.
Sometimes. But not all the time. Not honest co-workers
Freedom to work independently
No. The workload is not fairly distributed. The supervisors have their favorites and give less work to those employees.
Yes. HR will have Town Hall Meetings and informed us on how company financial status is.
No. Women does not have the same career opportunites as the men there. And some women are being treated as next to nothing there. Very bad.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No. Seniors are not being hired. And their long time workers are being laid-off
No. They do not train you to become better at what you do or neither improve your performance through career training.
Overall compensation for your work
No. The salary is considered poor. Yes. Benefits are offered. Yes. They pay you on time.
Office / Work Environment
No. The working atmosphere is noisy and the air conditioning units needs cleaning. Always dirty and everyone catches a cold there, and sneezes a lot also. And no ventilation system in the bathrooms
No enviromental and climate protection are being taken for granted there because they do not consider their employee's privacy. No. The company does not support fair trade no longer.
No. Vacation days cannot be taken anytime. You have to submit a request and then hopefully, no one else has request the same dates that you want to go on vacation.
No. The employee's talks badly about this company.

No. It's not stable at all.
They do a lot of laying off there. And positions are eliminated without any warning or notice. Also, caused by organizational restructuring.
No. No ramps for disabled people. Only elevator.
No. Several people fell in the stairs and in the elevator due to poor safety standards.
No. No sense of accomplishment, because they do not provide you with the suitable amount of tools to get the job done properly.

No. The company does not promote diversity. No. They are not supported. And never will.
