This company is very one sided and shows alot of favoritism.
Support from management
Management is all in a click there is no professionalism, Hr is terrible there is no confidentiality.
Production employees do a good job of helping each other out.
Freedom to work independently
Not really upper management tries to micro manage everything.
Leadership does a poor job of communicating with production workers.
Everyone is treated the same which isn't always a good thing.
Attitude towards older colleagues
We as production workers treat elders with respect.
I've learned alot from my co workers.
Overall compensation for your work
We get payed well but it's not always just about the money.
Office / Work Environment
It's usually hot as hell out on the floor and in the break room while the people in the office wear jackets.
The environmental guy is a little brown noser who spends more time trying to burn other employees instead of doing his damn job.
Company has crazy work schedule and certain departments don't really care if you have personal life.
Management puts up a very good front.
It's the automotive industry so it's not always a sure thing.
Yes they're are plenty of handicapped parking spots.
It can be difficult at times but for the most part they're good.
Inclusive / Diverse
Nope, upper management does things their way.
Suggestions for improvement
