Suggestions for improvement
- Start caring about your employees and the hard workers; don't burden them with the extra work due to layoffs. Find other ways to cut costs like fat bonuses for the executives. Provide more transparency from the front line up through the VP level. Move away from such a hard hierarchical system so that managers and Peers don't take credit for other people's work. When it comes to hiring more or laying off people remember you pay what you get for; there is value in the higher cost employees whether that means locations or years in service. Don't ignore your customers by ignoring your employees your employee satisfaction; it will absolutely affect your CSAT and retention.
