Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of overhead useless managers, merge like departments, ITOP and Network do same thing, just different managers. Help Desk should be under Desktop chain, not separate
Some management has support, my team was getting torn apart by another leader who wanted control over the entire department.
While there was some teamwork, most were independent and complained if you asked questions
While they made attempts at communication, they didn't actually communicate what was going on.
They discourage overtime but have too much work and won't hire additional people.
