It depends on the day and the staff i work with. Our Mission doesn’t consistently apply to staff but we are taught it always applies to patients.
Support from management
My supervisor is wonderful.
Always encouraging staff to communicate

Some people ruin it for everyone!

Benefits and health insurance are terrible but pay is ok

Suggestions for improvement
- I would change the insurance. Those healthcare workers that break their backs for their patients should have a break on the insurance that is provided by that organization.
What I like about the company
I consider my coworkers my second family. The atmosphere is one of caring and Mission led.
What I dislike about the company
Health insurance is terrible. The cost of healthcare when you have to use “in network” providers is still junk even though we are employees of the same organization that supplies our healthcare insurance.
