Support from management
The management operates to best benefit themselves,not those they works with or the company. Unrealistic expectations need to be addressed so expectations are actually attainable.
The team was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Constant communication and teamwork keeps the lab operational.
Freedom to work independently
The individuals who come in later, always have overtime because they are finishing all of the daily work as well as closing duties. This could be lessened if there were more people who come in later and stay till close.
