Much sneakiness behind the scenes. Routine cycles of strong hiring followed by large layoffs.
Inclusive / Diverse
Incumbents are mostly threatened by newcomers with new ideas and approaches. There is a lot of obstruction and manipulation to maintain the status quo.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change the entire leadership team. It's all about politics only superficial efforts aimed at improving processes and serving customers.
