Fortune 300. Industry leader.
I dislike about the employer
No loyalty to employees. When upper management reorganizes the division (often) it is a numbers game. How can I get to the required headcount and salary limits. Length of service, product knowledge, the fact that someone just relocated has no bearing. If you don't fit today's business need / structure - Here's your severance package. Good luck.
