Support from management
Catch them at the right time, and you're golden, otherwise... good luck.
They were CONSTANTLY having me work on weekends, and evenings.
I'd rate this as a zero if I could. The people who work there are constantly in fear of losing their jobs with zero warning. People vanish with no explanation or outwardly apparent reason frequently.
Totally solid here. Handicap everywhere, adjustable desks, and an elevator.
Suggestions for improvement
- A bit more self awareness. A lot actually, the clique in/out groups really made it hard for people to feel safe or supported unless they were in the group, and having watched people 'brown nose' to get into said groups... it was painful to see.
What I like about the company
The back office management is on point. I never had any issues with my paperwork, paycheck or insurance. There was also a huge amount of autonomy in my position, and from what I could see most others.
What I dislike about the company
The personnel are extremely clique-ish. It was like being in high school all over again with the in groups and the out groups. Plus, people were constantly operating in fear of losing their jobs, which happened randomly with no warning a lot more frequently than one would expect.
