Suggestions for improvement
- Just to communicate more and find ways to show us the appreciation we deserve and recognize outstanding employees.
So far I haven't had any trouble everything has gone by just fine. I know of others that have had issues but they kinda get themselves into those situations. I'm perfectly fine just how I am.
There is not much communication between the manager and the employees. They people above us are unorganized. And it would be good to have some real trainers to be there and train people in new positions because they usually just quickly explain and throw you out there then get mad when you aren't doing your job right.
Security is built on trust.
Management has no organization from morning crew to night. Bodies are thrown from department to department with last min changes. Termination at a moments notice for an incident occurred months ago. The higher up the ladder the less action is taken. Micro managing is common almost expected.
Work is done as a team.
They say you do. Unless, it blows up in their face then it's your fault. Even when improvising works is not the way they want it.
