They expect you to know your Small Business Accounting and how to look for missing information.
They have no communication and are not properly organized at all.

15/HR for the quantity of work as an Account Manager.
They don't allow time off unless you request it.
Only about the CEO and he doesn't care for his employees
They go through accountants like toilet paper
The only challenge is finding missing paperwork filed in different places and figuring out each company you are working on because they give you no background information.
Suggestions for improvement
- Electronic Filing, Better HR Dept, more interaction with Employees, and higher pay
