Suggestions for improvement
- Managment that actually manages and knows what going on in day to day operations, and if you have an issue call or email the person and get the issue out in the open immediately before the back room conversations start.
I like about the employer
My fellow employees, stress free work environment, company phones
I dislike about the employer
They barely conduct review for raises, company doesn't recognize when you've been there for years milestones or birthdays lack of communication from management and some office staff have to be over worked balls constantly dropped.
