A culture of taking advantage of the new hires and not paying them decent wages and refusing to provide them full time hrs as promised.
Support from Management
Leadership doesn't care about their newer employees. They will try and low-ball you with lower wages and not give you proper working hours.
They say you will get a pay increase and "possibly" 40 hours a week after you work/train for 90 days. After your 90 days, they will keep postponing your pay increase as well as the full time hours to keep you from getting "full time" benefits.
