Administration not trusted by staff. Administration always looking to cut corners to save money at the expense of quality education.

No supervisor support.
Minimal teamwork for upper administration. Teamwork amongst workers was worker invoked.

No one is really appreciated. Male or female treated equally.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Laid off employee of 33 years service. No severance, nothing.
Up to you to learn on your own.
Office / Work Environment
Did not seem to care about employee. Just get the job done attitude.
Worked to get work done. Extra time put in for salaried employees not recognized.
No, most employees feel intimidated by upper administration. Head down under the radar for fear of losing your job or being reprimanded.
Lay offs, get rid of multiple layers of student support staff.
Not in compliance in all buildings.
