Suggestions for improvement
- I would liberalize policies about working remotely. I would encourage more promotion from within rather than always filling upper-management positions from the outside. I would encourage our management to not be so secretive about employees who are let go. Yes, it's a matter to be handled with discretion, but too often we only learn about an employee who was let go weeks after the termination, giving us no chance to say goodbye. Some employees have raised concerns to HR about various concerns only to be advised that the door is always there if they want to leave. That whole atmosphere is unhealthy and breeds distrust. One often feels like a steer in a cattle pen, not knowing when you'll be the next one hauled back into the slaughterhouse.

I believe in our products and enjoy working with my colleagues. We have an interesting business with locations worldwide, and it's rewarding to work with colleagues from all over the globe.
