What I like about the company
The ability to work from home
What I dislike about the company
Micromanaging supervisors, Company states they are concerned about quality but then cancel team meetings, calibration of nurses and other educational events due to "service levels" - ie: they do not want to take the nurses off the phones for meetings. Ever since they became their own company (division was sold off from a large pharmaceutical company 2 years ago) it has been a struggle to preserve quality over the need to make money. Mandatory overtime has been instituted every year for cold and flu season. Scheduling time off has improved but still difficult at times due to 'service levels'. I have lost confidence in this company that they will be able to survive another 5 years at the rate they are losing employees due to dissatisfaction with the job and company issues.
