Company is stable and growing but they love to write up employees. They care more about new warehouses and physical assets than their employee assets. You will never get much of a raise and they don't try to keep good employees, your all replaceable. Most of the employees are looking for other jobs.
Suggestions for improvement
- Your employees are your assets and should be appreciated more, rewarded for hard work and growth. You lose many good people because you don't want to give them a little raise to match the current strong employment market. Management is quick to find fault and write up employees but never to praise a good job well done.
- Take care of your employees and train them better, hire enough to get the job done and to be able to replace those that will leave because they are always leaving. Other than that it is a great company and enjoyed working there, wish I could of stayed there for years.
What I like about the company
Great coworkers and they are always busy. Nice trucks for the drivers and expanding into new warehouse. You do your job and they pretty much leave yo alone. Opportunity for overtime.
What I dislike about the company
No future as an employee and you will never make much more than you start with. Great employees are not rewarded and often move on. Everyone is expendable and they love to write up employees so they can keep you from making more at your review. Drivers have it good, they have plenty of relax time and are not expected to help out but the warehouse work is very hard and physical and you never catch up but make sub-standard pay. They are not very disorganized or do they train new employee much.
