Suggestions for improvement
- When you plan activity for employees, merchandise should be picked up at least 2 to 3 days in advance, not the same day. It will help employees work more effectively.
What I like about the company
B.F.H. as an employer is a company where you have the opportunity to grow in every department. Communication and teamwork is very important and the company makes sure every employee understands that it is important for the growth of the company and for each employee. And the importance of getting the job done right the first time so that our product are delivered in perfect conditions and on time for our customers satisfaction. Also the company is always reviewing the market for updates.
What I dislike about the company
When it comes to making new and big changes, they decide it and put it on the go. Without taking time to consider the pros and cons and how it will affect the company. Example: close for 3 days for inventory in the week of July 4, this is the week of great demand.
