Fairness and trust don't exist.
Support from management
Store managers always unavailable,assistant managers with low managerial skills
Unable to build and develop team,very high turnover
Freedom to work independently
Extremely high workload due to a constant stuff issue
Communication is minimal,short written notes in daily log,text massages and phone calls of duty,corporate emails.
Mostly female workforce,
Computer based training available but not advertise or enforced.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries average,benefits average,paid on time.
Office / Work Environment
Constant customers complains about overheating and or underheating.
Only when is necessary.No consistency of any kind.
It is not existing.Expect working long hours,calls and text messages wile off or on vacation,expect to be called from vacation to work and work every weekend double shift.
Constant negative feedback due to lack of leadership.
Reorganization is done annually.
Only for customers,no disabled team members.
You feel sense of accomplishment when you see your fellow team mates arriving on time and still smiling.

No,ideas are not welcomed,creativity is hearting and undermining your superiors.People with accent are not welcome.
