Support from Management
The leadership was tha cause of conflict. Majority of the employees quit their job due to management.
No training at all. Once hired, you will seat with everyone that does something totally different from what you will be doing. Plus the teamlead is not professional at all. A couple of employees quit their jobs because of the teamlead.
Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest that they treat employees equal. Also to be more professional.
