Got fired after a year of hard work for he say she say, no investigation just fired for someones clam. The company doesn't fellow their own rule book stating if two employees have a altercation both employees should be terminated. A incident happened like that were an employee who is not a African American made a clam that l touched her after a argument occurred in the kitchen between me and the employee, Bahama Breeze did not investigate the situation, l was fired the next day and the young lady was never fired. I don't no why when in the employee hand book it clearly states if employees have a conflict at work than both party's should be fired, Bahama Breeze called the police and could have gotten me in some serious trouble for a clam a employee made because she was having a bad day. Also they tried to denie my unemployment as well.
