Unfortunately, there is no fairness, you are commended only if you know someone in a high position.
Support from management
The Administrator at the time was very weak.
There was teamwork, everyone looking out for themselves.
Freedom to work independently
The work load is fairly distributed but others take advantage wanting to push their work load on others.
Results are fairly distributed throughout departments and there are regular meeting scheduled.
Everyone there is treated equally although there is favoritism. Again if you know someone you will excel.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are many that are in the union and due to the fact they are being protected to some degree they take advantage of others.
There is absolutely no career advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are fair and match there perspective titles.
Office / Work Environment
Aside from the continued tension between departments, rooms, computers and other equipment is pretty much up to date.
This company does not support fair trade. Social matters are ignored.
Hours are normal, vacation days can be taken as long as you request it.
Unfortunately, employees speak very bad about the company on the outside.
There is no job security. Unfortunately this is what is destroying America!
The facility supplies enough accessible options for the disabled.
the company does provide some training, but can improve.
Unfortunately, a sense of accomplishment within the department was out of the question.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse options are promoted, each Director of each department promotes diversity in the best way they know.
Suggestions for improvement
- Dismantle the whole Administrative team and re-hire experienced team players.
What I like about the company
