Employees are monitored by people watching them as they walk around work area. Their computers are monitored, they aren't allowed to make personal calls during work, not allowed to use internet for personal use. Employees have to punch in and out for breaks, arrival and dismissal. No one commends job well done. Raises are rare.
No one likes to help one another.
Every so often, they have group meetings. Profits are not discussed. No recognition is given to employees.
